I have same feeling, Amar can run mining company easily without KASH. own everything of importance, why offer us a deal? What does the company get from giving us a 40-1 stake in the company?

Im serious... people keep saying we have nothing and are just a shell, so why is the company worried about the vote if they got all they need anyways. A 40-1, while crappy, will still cost a lot of cash.
