RE:CEO no friend of RNX share holdersThanks. I sold remaining balance of my shares. I did take a loss in both this and a previous sale.

But if RNC continues to dllute. Then does an RS at 5 for 1 increasing the price to about $1.90 with 80% fewer shares. Then the price falls back below $1 and maybe all the way down to .38. That is how shareholders can lose 80% of shareholder value.

I prefer to sit it out and wait to see if the dilutions stop or continue. It is not like the share price has been increasing with good results. It is not.

Bad management can ruin a good resource with lots of potential.
