RE:While we wait.........................!!!!!!
Thanks for inputs Gamer.
Based on facts, it has become quite obvious to me that the CVR Medical people do come here to see what people are saying - though not always answering directly or indirectly to many questions, not even when people take the time to call or write them... which is not acceptable.
I agree with you on product vs management ...though I am more than bummed this will likely set us back 9-12 months and majorely further dilute our share for the early risks we took ...which was based on what was presented to us ...which in many merits was not done in earnest. We have been hosed over and over again, and most of us have brushed this aside with the idea of the large potential market of the CSS ...but still, it does not feel like management has had the least little bit of respect towards all of the retail investors ...or even the bigger investors - thinking about those who invested just before the CTO.
I was not particularly impressed with Peter's letter to shareholders. Seemed like he was still hiding behind non-specific wording/descriptions, company names as if they were somebody else (when in reality he's directly behind them!!!), the whole house debacle thing, etc... Seemed as if he was blaming others for everything that happened / was happening and was not making a big point of being fully transparent and upfront.
I am more than glad that Peter is stepping aside, though I wish he would have recognized he needed to do this earlier which could have saved us some tribulations, delays and dilution.
I juggled with the idea of him remaining or not... I really do not like the whole CVR Global vs CVR Medical thing and have pondered if perhaps it would not have been better to completely cut all ties to regain full control of what is left of the destiny of the CSS. On the other hand, I agree that his knowledge in the process/product/contacts might be a good thing to lead the CSS to market. Hopefully he will know when to let go and not try to be hard-headed over the other board members and future CEO and be a team member, not try to always represent his own interests via CVR Global's grip on CVR Medical and start to think in the interests of the CSS and CVR MEDICAL!!!!!!.... It is time he realizes that he will benefit greatly as it is and not try to hoard all the marbles the way he has been doing...
I would love to get some inputs on the conflicts of interests that led to some of the board members to resign - some who stayed on the committees, some who just left (Tom Harris). I woud love to understand what exactly happened...
In a "cup-half-full" mindframe and with the idea that this might be a renewed beginning of a great device with the right people, I have gotten more shares on the OTC at those low prices ...probably in hopes that trading resumption will coincide with some good news as it should be and because the price of the stock does not correlate to anything at this point. Valuation is at the lowest it can almost get and is based on air when you think about it. It wouldn't take much to make it jump upward. At this junction, the potential for great news is far far greater than bad news. The only "bad" news we could get is that they are throwing the towel ...in which case surely they could sell the CSS and IP (though again CVR Global could run away with it.) Would be easy for Canon or other to just buy the whole thing at this point ...that is also greatly bugging me big time and I am aware that this could be a ploy to run away with everything.... I don't trust Peter much anymore, I don't trust his honesty and integrity...). But could see the announcement of a new CEO or BOD members or investment as a major catalyst to start trading again and support an increase in SP.
I also agree that FDA's premise is to want to look at the benefits of a device and actually assist a company and not actually want to oppose everything by definition.
Let us know if you have any inputs on what actually happened and who was on what side?
Curious to know what happened to the LOI's and MOU'S with China and Korea? How come they have been removed from the prospectus and website?
Also, if any of you have already researched this, I would be curious to know what percentages current and past BOD members own (shares) in the company? What warrants they have? ANd what insider trading activity has been from them for the past 12 months? And who the bigger individual shareholders are?
Thanks.
