Eh, sorry to say Growth, but the "old" management  is very much the one that is still in place, while having a foot on each side of the fence between CVR Global and CVR Medical (and some of the other shell companies in the background...).

It is the new management that has left! ...perhaps after they saw the many shenanigans that were taking place soon after they came onboard (most had been there for less than a year, some of them only months...), which they did not agree with and left (call it "resigned"...) after some head-butting with the old management which in the end is the one that did not deliver - that's the real conclusion here!...  D'Orta left after like a month ...that in and of itself could have been possible for variosu or personal reasons ...but Tom Harris wasn't exactly a junior, along with the others that left ...too many "resignations".  The house shenanigans and complicated structure and the lopsided deal with CVR Global don't smell good, but remember,  that wasn't the "latest" management that set that in motion, they had no incentive in any of it!!   All those incentives were biased towards the "old" management!!........  Unless I am mistaken, the whole audit bug and ensuing CTO was because of this.

More and more, I would interpret further separation of (old)  management (read: Peter) and CVR Global from CVR Medical as perhaps the best thing that could actually happen... this could be a way to renew interest and credibility in the company (talking about CVR Medical here...) and the CSS.

OleMule and Gamer, feel free to chime in if you have any thoughts on this.
