Conditions for us to stay listed: -must have at least one million freely trading public shares with an aggregate market value of at least C$4 million held by at least 300 public shareholders, each holding at least one board lot (100 shares). -revenue of 5 million CAD or tangible assets of 5 million CAD -20% of issued shares held by public -working capital to meet 18 months of operating expenses plus 200k of unallocated cash Much less stringent than TSX listing, we don't need to worry about anything as crazy as a delisting at thus point in time.
