RE:RE:RE:Press release thoughtsSherry35,
The good news in Mandalay Resources press release is that development has reached the Youle lode, and the average normalized 1.8 meter width gold grades are 6.69 g/t or 230 percent higher than the average Q2 2019 gold grade of 3.83 g/t. Antimony by product grades at Youle are 5.13 percent as compared with the 1.7 percent antimony grades processed in Q2 2019.
On a gold equivalent basis, the average Youle gold equivalent grades are 15.6 grams/t or 230 percent higher than the gold equivalent grades produced in Q2 2019. The fact that the underground development has reached the Youle lode ahead of schedule means that Q4 gold and antimony production at Costerfield could increase by a factor of over 2 from Q2 2019 production levels.
With gold set to go to $1800 USD per ounce in Q4 2019, I think that the stage is set for a huge rerating of MND shares higher.
