RE:Joint VentureAlthough this is only speculation, I have a feeling the earn out and Developed Analytics may have had something to do with the delay. Perhaps MH required some closure on the IBC/Sproutly side of things before providing a signature for full commitment.  Another hurdle that poses a possible delay now are the HC regs.  Just my thoughts.
