Nice tune though !
Weekend guitar solo listening should be
1. Gary Moore .Still Got The Blues (Live)
2 Gary Moore live at Montreux 1997. Still Got The Blues.    both availabe on youtube
Clapton never wanted to share the same stage as Moore I believe ...and you can see why .
In his Innovative style maybe the best ever . Certainlly no one ever better IMO.
So Tony ,what do you make of Gary Moore as you are are our resident guitar expert at weekends?

That Boy got the blues so bad… Nice one FW!

Now these Guys, even though they’re on fire, don’t have the blues… and like us…are looking for Blue Sky…

Dickey Betts gets my vote FW… like a river …He just keeps on flowing not worried about where he’s going. Warren Hayes on the slide is right up there too IMO. That whole 1991 performance in Germany is amazing and worth watching for any other Allman Brothers fans out there.

Cheers FW

Thanks gc .Amazing that neither Betts nor Moore made the Rolling Stone 100 best guitarists if memory serves.Interesting that they both chose Gibson Les Pauls to get that very distictive tone by the looks .  Anyway ,where is TinyTim in this discussion .? Hes our band leader and lead guitarist .
Reckon he aint been practising lately, too busy hunting Possum, and now hes paid the price :-)
