RE:RE:Something on the radar? LOL Gecko. This company is a golden turd. They shopped it around to 100+ other potential buyers and all said "NO". There are no other bids coming. Stryker was the last and final option and Stryker knew it and it demonstrated in their offer share price.
How much would YOU pay for a company with a "game-changing, life-saving" sole product that has over $1.5M (150+ units) in inventory that they have been unable to unload for 3 years thru 3 sets of sales partnerships/strategies? Red flags everywhere with TSO3.
Rumble has been suctioned to the corporate teat for a decade; siphoning unreasonable salaries and perks, through multiple rounds of financing, multiple C-Levels and bringing TSO3 to the USA market in the geographical hub of medical development, manufacturing and personnel... aka Myrtle Beach. (thick sarcasm). I bet Myrtle Beach cost us $30 million plus. Just so Rumble can be affixed to the corporate teat while also being close to his retirement home and ranch.
Any unbiased, unselfish, smart CEO would have set up shop in Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Richmond, Jacksonville, if he wanted to be in the SouthEast USA. But NO, let's set up shop in a town where there are no feeder schools, no active talent, no concentration of potential customers and challenging for ingress/egress (no highways and no big airport).
Rumble is a moron. Used car salesman. And we all fell for his nonsense.
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. VOTED NO.

What a complete, utter and tragic waste of money and technology due to failed leadership, management and business strategies.
After a decade of failure after failure after failure, why would I vote YES to provide sheisty Rumble with another million bucks bonus? Not going to happen.
