"If they announce a financing campaign in the next couple months, I call bullsh*t on Area 52, and caution people to not buy into the hype. If they sell a property to finance Area 52, then its a whole different game. In my opinion, if they think Area 52 is significant, they have to generate the cash to prove it, and not by dilution." Playing devils advocate here but why is future success dependent on what funding strategy they use?
