Interesting point. Divergent closes for sure, which you don't see with other dual-listed stocks such as Aurora (ACB:TSX and ACB:NYSE) and Canopy (WEED:TSX and CGC:NYSE) .

How does that point to the stock being walked down, though? We're not seeing obvious end-of-day manipulation. Who is doing the walking down?

 

Institutional ownership is quite small; see this article (April 2019). Mainly retail investors and insiders (Trevor and Brenda).
