Couldn't tell you for the life of me but I just keep posting the short data, it speaks for itself. You look at where short interest spikes and put it beside the two charts, it isn't normal for a stock to be 30-40% shorted on one ticker and 10% on the other. Someone is running it down on the pink sheets and other traders are closing the gap between prices on the gene ticker. Can't last forever though, as I've been saying like a broken record for months.
