TD & Ripa inherited this deal and had to decide to either walk away or run with it; would you really argue that staying in a working relationship with them would have been the correct move given everything you've already said? Let them drawdown more loans for no revenue?

Tough decisions for sure but I am encouraged with the level of expedience new management has taken in making these decisions, and I think they are making the right ones. Time will tell. Your points are not unwarranted, but they are also exactly why this decison was made in the first place.
