hot copper

hot copperI posted a couple things on HotCopper, the forum in Australia that Titan is on.  And they were removed in a couple hours and I can't post anymore.  The posts weren't that bad.  Not a big deal.
Nobody wants to hear the truth anyway.

But it just makes me think that Australia is much closer to a country like N Korea, Saudi Arabia, etc. than a free country like Canada.  And the regulators have done nothing to curb Titan's abuses over many years in Australia.  And we now have some hints that the Canadian regulators are waking up and wont let them pollute the Canadian system as well.  I think there was a very good reason why Titan wanted to merge with Core and then get it back to Australia as quickly as possible.

Hard to have any warm and fuzzy feelings about Australians these days.

And I had the thought that we should suggest making Mr. Piggott an honourary Canadian. I don't know if he still identifies as Australian, I guess he was born there, and I don't know if he has other citizenships.  But I would welcome him as  a Canadian.
