Full disclosure: despite my recent negative comments, I'm starting to get back in. If Barkerville is worth $338 million (headline deal number) for a project that will produce 185,000 annual ounces for 11 years AFTER they spend another $305 million on construction to get into production heaven knows when, then TMAC doesn't look so bad, assuming the current problems are resolved.

Should the share price drop to $4.38 the market cap would be $500 million (Cdn). Bargain territory, again assuming the recovery fix(es) eventually work.
