Capital Raise?

Where are these guys going to get cash to launch this operation? Tough market to raise cash right now. More importantly, AT WHAT PRICE! They have an extraction license but no sales license....how are they going to generate money to stay alive long enough to benefit from the patents? Joint venture perhaps?
If anyone has insights into these concerns ...would love to hear it....and don't label me a basher...these are legit concerns.
