RE:Where is the lawsuit? Exactly how would Newcamo know for a certainty if a lawsuit is being prepared or not?
That Doofus has been wrong on so many things:
- NR on Lazard deals 1. early July 2. early Aug 3. end Sept 4. early Oct
- Consonnance had debt of pli which they never have.
- TV owns 85% of PLI. Its ~70%.
- Talking about consolidation happening six months ago, since July. Its six months, mid Oct, unless your using newcamo math.
- Can NOT spell their lead drug candidate correctly.
- NAS, by Sept 20, when management said 4th quarter
