You should know better but I write for whoever is interested.

It is a hybrid effect. Partially due to dilusion and partially by systematic manipulation. The fair price today is not what was the spot price 6 months ago but the dilusion was much less than the free fall in the market. Parties that have access to shares with premium pricing actively pumping them to the market and keep harvesting by dilusion so their interest in the GLH does not reduce. In any fate they are winners even if the stock goes up. But by killing the market they gain twice. So they have the morivation to continue however:
