Hi Dave,

Thanks for your informed feedback and sorry for the delay. I am going to further clarify my claims and provide more "publicly" available data to support it. I will  continue this thread with multiple posts so please wait till it ends. Here I am going to provide simple clues for the common sense investors but not evidence for the securities commissioner. As you said correctly this process is hard and this forum is not appropriate for that type of discussion.

1. Dilutiotion vs Price

Let look at outstanding shares of the GLH. According to two documents given at the bottom

July 2018 :   ~575,776,971 shares and 22 cents/share
September  2019:  ~869,890,000  shares and 4 cents/share

which means 1.5 times dilution in this period of 14 months but 5.5 times price drop
