What you are stating is by no means a guarantee (40,000kg and certified organic), especially considering the uncertainty reinforced by Alison's answer below (and the 40 gram per plant yield written on pg 19 of the financial statement). They knew this was a huge concern for many investors (just read twitter when this came out Monday night), yet they chose not to properly address it. For me, the question now is, how much will the harvest target of 40000kg be missed by? If I'm wrong and they meet their 40,000kg target, I will be INCREDIBLY happy.
All that being said, I still believe they are fundamentally sound and are doing better than most in this sector.

Yes. So we can't give you a ton of color right now. In the coming weeks, we will be able -- we will be press releasing as we take down the harvest. But we are quite confident that we will meet all of our supply agreements that we have signed with the provinces as well as above and beyond that.
"above and beyond that" could mean 60,000kg or it could be 10,000kg.
Huge uncertainty.
IMO, this is why we hit $.45 yesterday.
