I am posting mainly facts and speculation based on industry valuations. Each post contains a different fact. Not sure why this bothers you but if you have anything usefull to add then please do so.

How do you know there will be a loss compared to the $.40 per share it was trading at recently? Yes the shareholders from last year got destroyed but the ones that bought in the last few months might do ok. 

Shareholders will get anywhere from 0 to well over $3. Nobody knows but there is a chance they will do ok in the end!
