Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:Tidewater's Acquisition of Prince George RefineryI think everyone here who expressed their views, have a valid case for being bearish and Bullish on the stock. As for where I'm sitting on this acquisition, I'm on the sidelines, buit leaning to more bearish side. If I recall right, In the US refineries do shutdown every year for maintenance. Will see how this goes.
