RE:RE:RE:JV on Galena with Eric Sprottcyanide5,
So USA is showing vision by having ZERO gold production, but because USA has good management and participation by "smart money", all that is needed to support the stock price is a promise of first pour by the end of the year! And we all know this stock is going to 8 bucks by Christmas! Right?
But GPR's management is a show me story, where in spite of having delivered 36.317 ounces of gold production at Tucano in Q3, 2991 ounces of gold at GMC, and 344 ounces of gold at Topia for a total of 39,652 ounces of actual gold production, that doesn't matter.
All that counts is FIRST POUR! Let's hope that it doesn't turn out to be FIRST POOR!
As a conservative buy and hold investor, I am far more comfortable holding stocks like GPR that are going up in intrinsic value based on demonstrated increasing production, and buying at the bottom of their trading ranges before the market rerates the stock.
cyanide5 wrote: Gandolf you’re actually wrong in your explanation why this deal is bad for usa. And mgmt should have issued 7 mill shares. That is 10% dilution and you just get money 1 time.
What you forget is that instead for 10% loss in eps, mgmt turned it into a profit sharing by losing 10%. Eitherway 10% dilution would have happened. This way you get a partner in Sprott and any future costs at Galena also go shared.
Dont forget again it was smart money coming into USA. Now in last 1 year who has invested in USA
sandstorm
pierre lassonde
sprott (twice)
Good mgmt and smart money = returns
I think USA has a bright future.
You choice on GPR is on immediate production.. they are a show me story..
USA is showing vision
big difference between two but I think both will do well in this bull run.
we need to get back the positive trend In PM’s
