Hence the reason why Zhaojin Mining wanted to do some confirmation drilling on the Dynasty Goldfields Project back in March, prior to comitting up to US$100 million for a 20% equity stake in Core Gold at $0.45 per share and a 60% share of the Dynasty Goldfields Project which would have included a new 2000 tpd mill built on site. That offer of partnership would have resulted in about 200 million shares outstanding of Core Gold and our company would have still controlled 100% of Copper Duke, Linderos and Zaruma, as well as whatever can be recovered of the Jerusalem Project. Far better than the 700 million shares of a new Titan deal that gives up complete control of our assets and with no cash coming in with their new offer.

Let's hope that Zhaojin Mining is still interested and will come back to the table once more.
