my mom who worked for the government told me that things do take a bit of a stall during elections. Funding stops for many departments (possibly health Canada) as well. She was working in national resources Canada and she says the signing for new agreements stops once the election is called. That leads me to think it may be the same for HC. Unless companies have received their license since the election was called. Anybody else to share an inside would be appreciated!
