RE:RE:RE:Accumulatingthanks carbonbull. We had previously posts on this board in relation to BNK's tax loss provisions. It was estimated at approx. $100-150 million. These can be lucrative to any acquirer since they would be able to use these tax write offs to offset the loans/debt of 37 million from BNK.

This would also help us get a price closer to .the 40-.50 cents range. My isssue is what has been happening over there? We have heard nothing in regard to drilling [ they have no money so that one is obvious] but nothing in regard to this strategic review that began last March. My opinion is the longer they wait the more their wells drawdown, since they are not drilling. Would it not make sense to get something done before cash flows are jeapordized?
