GLH project consists of nine concessions for approximately 3,600 hectares (Ha) of which the Company has acquired a 50% interest, and nine concessions for approximately 3,800 Ha of contiguous mineral title, of which the Company has acquired a 100% interest. The Las Brujas project is gold project located within the Yanacocha External Caldera region. It consists of four concessions 100% held by the Company located in the Cajamarca province of Peru. The Porphyritic Copper Project comprises three contiguous concessions 100% held by the Company located in La Libertad, Northern Peru. The Cerro El Bronce project consists of two concessions 100% held by it located in the Ancash province of Peru.

I don't think they are frauds. I think they have been very stupid. They bought a mill. How good a mill was it? Not very good. It sounds like it will take more money than they have to get it up and running - particularly after they bought the land packages. Who knows - they may come out smelling like a rose. But right now they don't smell like a rose.
