Pallinghurst's Comments
The British investor who proposes to inject 600 million into Nemaska Lithium to allow the company to complete its project of mine and processing plant describes itself as a "long-term investor" alongside other stakeholders already in place.... Asked by a conference participant to say if Pallinghurst could not simply acquire all of Nemaska Lithium and remove it from the stock market, the co-founder of British firm Arne H. Frandsen said the IPO " leads to good discipline "and that the presence of other stakeholders is fertile ground for" good governance "and" superior returns ".... Mr. Bourassa then stated that Nemaska Lithium was never offered for sale.... Mr. Frandsen believes that Nemaska has the potential to become a "world leader" in lithium.
