RE:On mulling over Peter's letter to shareholders . .
Merger or not, my thoughts all along...
Everyone but Peter and Hack left. And those who left were not rookies. They called him on whatever was going on (shady terms, shady use of funds - remember Med mandated Global to act on its behalf on many issues - inappropriate disguised transfer of funds?-, the house thing, shady potential merger proposition - again not sure on the merger thing, but it's irrelevant at this point-, shady arrangement to have CEO be the same on Global as Medical and supposedly acting on Med's best interests - remember, the minds/BOD that left were on MED, not GBL-, and on and on) and decided it was best for them to get out to save their integrity while PB didn't want to let go of the BS that was going on.
Hard to believe a new CEO wouldn't be somewhat tilted if selected by PB...
I think the best-case scenario would be for a big entity to acquire Med and the CSS on its own terms and give us back some value and get PB/Global out of the equation altogether.... There is no sense to have PB be on the BOD of Med... Will create more conflicts and tilted ideas... Wouldn't mind to have him as a "consutant" for part of his expertise and network he acquired along the way, but in all honesty, I feel for Med to take off, it needs to become its one completely separate entity from Global.
Don't think merger with Global is in Med's best interest in any way ...PB would likely remain CEO or on the BOD and same shady characters in Global would be onboard...
Cut the ties, get some real highly qualified people and move forward!
