RE:RE:When an RNX reverse split should be considered

Reverse splits are scary, however in some cases they work to attract fund investors who have set criteria to buy and there must be a business plan to create and maintain SP upwards momentum. I’ve had 2 bad experiences and zero good experiences. 

I prefer to see profitability based share buybacks, or use Dumont to reduce OS, that could really make a huge difference, specially for Management types holding millions of shares.
