Last time I asked myself the same question, I gave myself the following answer and was pretty happy with it; see if it works for you! ;)

Keep in mind that NRTH isn’t run by a bunch of rich bankers - they may simply not have the extra cash to buy more stock on the market.
They have enough RSUs and stock options that you can be sure their interest is aligned with yours.
