That's my understanding as well. The NR stated that YDX is talking to Launch about creating a special offer for franchisees.

So they are making it as easy as possible for the franchisees to get started, perhaps once they get feedback from the Hartford, CT location, the other locations will be interested as well. If it has the ability to generate some good cash flow for the franshisees, that will make it an easier sell.
September 26, 2019 The companies have also agreed to install an Arkave VR arena at Launch Hartford, in Connecticut, USA. The arena in Hartford is operated by Launch Corporate and is a model to test new solutions before they can be officially offered to franchisees. As far as the AWE and exposure in Frankfurt, they could really use the exposure. There have not been any trades since August on the Frankfurt Exchange.
