Regarding YDreams Med, SL which holds 12,320,330 shares, Miguel Remedio is on the Board of Directors of YDX Innovation Corp. and Mr. Remedio is the sole director of YDreams Med, SL which SEDI records as located in Spain.

The only mention of shares in escrow is the following:

On April 21, 2017, 3,211,111 shares were released  from escrow with  the remaining shares being released  in amounts of 4,816,666 shares every six months thereafter. As at June 30, 2019, 9,633,335 (December 31, 2018 - 14,450,000) common shares were held in escrow.
