Flutter is taking over The Stars Group in an all-stock transaction.
The logic for the merger echoes that of owning TSG shares in the first place - and so does the risks.
Investors bullish on TSG before the deal should stay long; the rest of us probably remain on the sidelines.
I guess the cheearleader bulls here need you to repost the entire article when I linked to it a couple days prior to actually read it :).
I agree with the conclusions of this article, hopefully Brexit can gain certainty, and Flutter can increase its rediculous premium or the conversion gap can narrow enough to squeeze out $30 from stars group stock but I see the risks of owning Flutter are going to be quite similar to TSGI when all is said and done.
and I hope the market and Flutter hold up or the gap between TSGI and Flutter reduces so that I can get out of this space at $30 this is my optimistic wish at this point.
