He still has every share and warrant he bought when he did the PP @ $ 1.45
McEwan Mining is the seller of it's stock that it also bought @ $ 1.45

McEwan Mining is broke so Rob McEwan had three options, He either funded McEwan Mining himself or he arranged a PP into McEwan Mining which would have been highly dilutive to his ownership in McEwan Mining or he could allow McEwan Mining to sell it's position in GBR which would be helpful for McEwan Mining but would have no negative impact on GBR or his personal ownership in GBR.

Unless I've missed something !

Hopefully now that MUX is done we can finally bury this issue.
