Exactly VC. Obviously fear is high so we all think negative. But buyers think level headed. The actual future potential of the exploration land seems to be written off by many posters on here. I'm glad you brought that up. Also, there will be buyers that are thinking down the road when the LNG Canada pipeline is built and running in 3 to 4 years which will skyrocket AECO NG prices.
