RE:Why the 15 million to PWC and BMOYou're crazy MJ. The $15M for a court supervised sale is a good thing to ensure it's all done fairly. The Book Value is huge value. There will be lots of interested buyers. MJ I'm not sure you know that the banks bought 83% of the shares in June. The banks forgave $110M in debt for the shares. So the common shares are pretty well the banks. So they will ensure a decent plan is approved and the $15M to have it court supervised and a fair process is a good thing. Especially with the Book Value so high.
