2016 Explosion at WGL holdings Concern for Court case

Wondering if anyone else is concerned about the lawsuit pending re the terrible explosion that occured in 2016 at WGL holdings and resultant terrible loss of life. I think the settlement may be as high as $150MM and how this would affect ALA bottom line going forward. any insights please?
