AAR Tank Car Committee meeting - last week?

AAR Tank Car Committee meeting - last week?Anyone have any news at all from the AAR Tank Car Committee meeting last week?  It meets twice a year, and that is the body that effectively grants Kelso authorization to sell new Kelso product. 

If there is share sales volume either way.... that's likely why.  


This is a key determinant for share price (sales otherwise will continue to be flat, into 2020-Q2,  IMHO).
