SAFE Act trigger

SAFE Act triggerSome think that the Safe Act would be enough to get the ball rolling on legalization.  The biggest reason for legalization is tax revenue.  Secondary is taking a piece out of organized crime, cartels, HA and such.  Third is safety for consumers.
Right now, the way things are is that the compliant, legal potpreneurs are running around with bags of cash trying to run State legal companies with little or no bank access.  Also, how does a US investor or fund administrator buy into State legal marijuana businesses?  Bags of cash are so underground black market in this day and age but provide anonymity to those that rely on it.
The SAFE Act would be one step closer to forcing the Feds to the will of the voters.  There is a lot of unwarranted reluctance on the part of the Feds, or laziness which has really left the US greenrush in limbo.  Jmho that the Feds will have to change the legislation as hemp and marijuana businesses are already navigating the loopholes and access points to build viable companies, mostly through CBD's and Pharma use which are what opened the door a crack in the first place to the possibility of legal rec use for adults.
When it happens, it will start a greenrush of momentous proportions.  Companies like Constellation/ Canopy and Acreage have already seen the future and are rapidly moving towards it as progressive business people, not re-active!  glta and dyodd
