Looking to invest in BE - Why might this be a great choice?

Hi all,

I have other long term positions within the cannabis sector, and looking to increase it. Why might Beleave be a smart pick for me? Looking back, this stock was worth around the $3 mark in January 2018. What happened to it's huge drop? Yes the sector is down all over the place, but it seems it has really flat lined since early November 2018, and slowly gone down with no spikes to increase it.
