AGM is in three weeks, if it's not done by then, there will be some tough questions to answer. I took "HC expediting" as it was immediately coming. Each Friday that passes makes the next one more likely to be the day. Let's start November on the right note I say.

I'd be much happier with something like (and I am just making this up) "There were some issues with our ventilation system that needed to be fixed. The work was completed on (pick a date and time) and paperwork submitted on (pick a date and time). We are hopeful HC will expedite as they have been made aware of the financial impact.'

That's better than 'any day now.'
