FinancialsToday, from a german board:

We experienced delays in obtaining audit documentation from some of our recently acquired entities. We can confirm that this has now been resolved and anticipate a quick turnaround to filing our annuals financial reporting. Our parent Company auditors are now working through a review of the component auditor files.
