RE:RE:Class B Can Vote in Directors NowThe point is the Trust no longer has control now that the B's can vote. This is the first time that there hasn't been a dividend so this is pretty monumental. There are only 9.8 million class A shares and Hamblin Watsa (ie. Fairfax) owns 29 million. So Fairfax now has effective control of this company for at least the next 8 quarters. Do your research...
