I had an email from Tim last week and he basically said he has nothing to report other than what he has said before "They are still working on reorganization and until that is complete there is nothing more to say".

I specifically asked him about the status on the Hamatsu contract and he did not respond to that. I also asked him if the brand new manufacturing facility in China was in fact shut down after all that expense of building and furnishing it. That he also did not respond to.

Changing headquarters back to Singapore would be a strange move but possibly not so strange once a person has spent considerable time in Shanghai.
