Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Regarding Kipton Lade

Dumb question here but now that Mr Lade doesn't work for Theralase what exactly is he allowed to talk about? What I mean is could he answer questions like does it seem like TLD 1433 + laser is indeed an answer for bladder and other cancers? Is he buying Theralase stock in addition to his options? Any other questions you can think of? Or does he have to legally be tight lipped?
