TGOD Presentation and Organigram

TGOD Presentation and OrganigramThe TGOD presentation on Thursday should be interesting.

Will it be matter of fact and objective, or will it be full of spiin?

And why is the CEO earning a $4 million salary when they have just cancelled production by over 6 times the quantity?

The salaries and director fees for TGOD are nothing short of obscene in my opinion.

So Organigram announced increasing target capacity to 113,000 kg/year by the end of 2019.

While TGOD announced reducing 2020 capacity to 20,000 kg/year.

And for this we shareholders in TGOD are paying management and directors and staff costs of nearly $20 million dollars a year. TGOD will not even earn anywhere near t hat figure in revenue for 2020.

Who holds these guys at TGOD to account?
Who?

And why are they permitted to set their own remuneration, irrespective of production and revenue?
Why?
