This doesn't answer your question but it's a side note. Even if it is delivered they can't process the oil by law until they get oils licenses. Can't process or sell so I would assume if they did receive the hemp it would be in vault hopefully not going bad. I'm not a weed or hemp guy to know how long it can be stored before oils are no good so don't quote me on longevity or anything.
