Zecotek Reports on Strategic Review and Announces Management and Board Changes

We are now starting on the second year of this outfit not producing any news. And it is not halted and the regulators do not seem to care -- what does that say for supporting shareholders in a public market?

How can anyone take more than 12 months for a "Strategic Review" and not even be able to make enough progress to provide any kind of interim update?

If they cannot do a review in less time and/or provide some kind of update how can they be considered capable of managing a viable enterprise?
