RE:RE:RE:RE:FMC dealMy No. 2016 posts...
SP was $1.30, I sold all my holdings Jan.2017 at $1.54....today SP is 0.16

I am trying to find out why the share price is not $2.00... the reasons why I think are in my post...
Why is it that whenever I post anything about NMX you jump on me? if you read my posts with an open mind and neutral you will see there is some essence, if you work at NMX than it's one sided or you may just simply be blind.

I own more than 300,000 shares, I want NMX to go to $50.00 tomorrow... unfortunately there are reasons when such good deal with FMC didn't even make a dent in the SP.

So you electric guy explain to me why is it such a good deal and yet the SP sucks?
I'm listening...

ENGLISH WILL FOLLOW

ENGLISH

According to the interview with Carignan, the price for the carbonate sold at FMC will be at the market price (set in the current year) and the price will be fixed for a period of 1 year. The price may be renegotiated at the beginning of each contract renewal year.

We already talked about this on this board ... I do not see why you start again with that ??? Looks like you're trying to basher the title ???

It's tiring to always re-explain ...

Moreover, this contract with FMC made it possible to unblock financing by the banks whereas a contract with Tesla would not have allowed this. (See my old posts)

Moreover, this contract with FMC gives an enormous advantage to NMX. NMX knows at what price it sells carbonate to FMC.

FMC will transform this carbonate into hydroxide. So, FMC has to add $ 1000 / ton to turn it into hydroxide (it seems to me?). While for NMX, it is cheaper to produce hydroxide than carbonate.

NMX can then make truly lower bids to FMC, ALB and SQM customers. Because he knows how much FMC is paying every ton of carbonate. It was Guy Bourassa who explained this to Carignan.

THEN, is there still someone who is against the contract with FMC? It is gold in bar this contract ...
